Privacy notice

The Fellowship Pathway processes the personal data you enter to run your Advance HE Fellowship application: profile information, application drafts, statements from referees and advocates, peer and expert review records, and audit entries.

Who sees what

• You see your own data.
• Your regional lead sees applications from your region.
• The national admin team sees all applications.
• Peer and expert reviewers see only what they are assigned.
• Referees and advocates see only the statement they were asked to write.

Retention

Applications and supporting statements are kept for the duration of your Fellowship process and for two years after submission, then deleted by the national admin team.
